As a Clubhou.se member, I developed Downtown Block Studies: Augusta over the course of the six-week exhibition as part of the co-working space experience. The project was a larger-than-life-size version of a sketchbook that explores the past and present of sixteen consecutive blocks in downtown Augusta. The project was originally eight square blocks in scope, but it was expanded to create a larger snapshot of the downtown district. The sixteen blocks represented here are only a portion of the downtown district, but a limited focus was needed in order to attempt a richer representation of the selected area in a short period.
